Travelled an hour to and from this shop which should be a good enough review in of itself. This is my second experience with headcase, this time my cigar specialist was a very well informed gentleman named Pip. Both of my experiences have been filled with thorough and thought out explanations along with pairing recommendations but also whilst considering budget, experience and personal taste overall I cannot recommend the guys at headcase any higher!

I stumbled across this shop whilst visiting southsea and I was so pleasantly surprised. The owner was super lovely and welcoming and as I am generally quite a shy person, this was especially appreciated. The range of products are unique and great quality. I will 100% be coming back. I would highly recommend this store. I was amazed by the unique range of products, things I had never seen before. It was great seeing something different and it made my day.

Great shop this, the owner engaged me in pleasantries as soon as I was in the door, from there the huge humidors are hard to miss, excellent cigar menus are presented in A4 folders, this plus the man’s knowledge made purchasing two Rocky Patel 60’s a really joyous experience.

A fantastic wee place with all the oddities, weirdness,and spooky items you could ever wish for, tonnes of lovely incense, friendly staff, Pip was very helpful when I was deciding which tarot deck to go for , and a good entertaining personality which kept us engaged. Absolute lovely guy Tony is. Has amazing knowledge on cigars, which was really re-assuring! Went in there for a cigar, ended up buying 2 and an awesome custom made ash tray & then ended up speaking to Tony for an hour and a bit. Will certainly be ordering from him when I am home and when I am in the area I will for sure be popping in again! Thanks again Tony. I fully recommend popping in and purchasing from this store.
