BE WARNED!!!! This company tried to lie and say they hadn't received my return and thought I wouldn't be able to provide any tracking due to the seller arranging the collection. So grateful for Buyer Protection with Paypal. FRABCO/ HDIUK sent me a terrible quality and faulty item,, so I wanted it collected and a full refund. When they had received the item (which was stated in an email) they told me as I had taken it out the box they wouldn't be able to sell it so kept £109 of my money. When challenging this with Paypal he lied and said the item was never received, however I managed to contact Parcelforce... got the tracking number and delivery address + signature at their depot and the case was closed in my favour. Can't believe how dishonest some people can be... even as a company.
