Just completed my first (and certainly not last) order with them. I‘ve a bought a brand new Canon EF 100-400mm II, which is a heavy, fragile and quite pricey lens. Let’s cut to the chase. 1) Customer support is great; I received informative answers to my inquiries in no time. Very professional and personal approach at the same time 2) Delivery time (England Mainland): placed my order Tuesday noon, received the lens Saturday morning by RM Special Delivery 3) Lens: brand new, all packaging and contents are in place. Certainly a genuine Canon lens. Yes, you cannot check it on Canon UK website, but that is expected given the lens was intended to be sold elsewhere Already had a great opportunity to see my new gear in action and it is beyond all expectations. Price was almost £1k lower than from official reseller. HDEWcameras have their own guarantee - hopefully I won’t need it, but still they have you covered. TL;DR: great company, will order again. Unbeatable price , polite and knowledgeable assistance, fast delivery within three days. Will use them again. They don’t do minor accessories like cases etc and their range of cameras is limited but if you want canon , Olympus etc , brilliant. Nb they’re cheaper cos grey imports , but comes with warranty. So ok. I’ll buy an Olympus EM 10 from them fully £50 less than Amazon.

Over the years I have bought, 5DIII, 5DIV. 5Ds.5DsR, Think had a few 5Ds and EOS R, R5 many EF 24-70 F4, 70-200 F2.8 MKII & MKIII, RF 35MM, several grips and batteries. Its my go to place and so please C range now. Polite, Fast, No Problems so whats not to like? My assistants, family and friends all come here now plus many pro's i work with in uk. #Appreciated

Recently retired and looking for a hobby, I settled on filming my Grandsons at football. Blagged a Canon 2000d for my birthday and found HDEW with a good price for a zoom lens. At purchase there was an IT glitch that meant I received a receipt but the order never left the basket. A bank transaction showed payment taken but an email from HDEW reminded me that I had an item incomplete. A phone call quickly resolved the issue and the lens, expedited on fast delivery. All is well. Good deal, great customer service, excellent firm.
