Time slots? Pointless. Booked for 3pm. Received a message 2.50pm from barber telling me he'll be ready in 20mins (3.10pm). I walk in 10mins passed scheduled agreement (3.10pm) and barber had not so long started trimming another client expecting me to wait 🤷🏽 why? Because I'm not a celebrity with a busy schedule 🤷🏽. I left after 20mins bitterly disappointed and felt a huge amount of disrespect for lying about being 20mins and walking into the barbers 10mins into my schedule slot, only for the barber to tell me to take a seat🤷🏽. If you're gonner open up an establishment that charges an arm, a leg, body and everything, you better make sure that it's not just the HD Cut that you are paying for. Can't believe people parting their money for a below average customer service experience. Charging like we're celebrities, but treated like pagans. Doesn't make sense as to why you're paying so much for bang average treatment. Don't believe the hype. Don't have any high expectations like I did. It all looks nice and glamorous and you get a nice trim, but sorry, it's not all round the greatest vibe or experience in the world.

So I’ve just arrived home after a trim at HD Cutz. I take a look in the mirror, and it’s actually just dawned on me that this might just be the best haircut I’ve had in my entire life. Don’t come here if you’re not well known or a celebrity, they treat you with utter disrespect. Stevy the “loctician” is extremely unprofessional and don’t let the fact that he’s done famous celebrities’ locs fool you. He rushed my starter locs leaving me with horrendous starter locs.
