I can't fault the guys that came to move us on the day and the professionalism and flexibility of the office team also. Shane was immediately brilliant, managing and using the right man for the job at all times. It was a pleasure to see them respect his authority and enjoy their work. Friendly, funny and hardworking and his team were complete gentlemen. Starting at 8 and finishing at 5.30, it was hard move, down one flight of stairs one end and up two flights of stairs on a building site the other. It was very hot as well. Shane, Wilf, Archie, Kermit (Ashley), Luke, Grant, Alex and the PE teacher (sorry can't remember your name!) worked tirelessly with no complaint. Archie and Luke even stayed to build our bed when the others had left. I have special mention for Archie, whose communication was outstanding and perfectly professional, and Kermit! (boy he can lift); not one complaint from him and he was so polite, so funny and so, so helpful on the day. An asset to the firm. I won't forget how you guys made it so easy on a day where it could have been very stressful. Would totally recommend. Thankyou.

Fabulous service from the booking process through to moving in day. Despite the hiccups,11th hour exchange of contracts the day before final completion and the early starts for both sets of movers, HCS remained patient, professional, helpful, friendly and cheerful. The team packing up in Braintree and the chaps unpacking in Kidderminster deserve 5 star 🌟 plus. Thank you all for making the whole process slightly less painful.
