The actual doctor's appointment was very good but the billing process has been going on for months now, despite paying in full on the same day as the treatment. I have contacted them to explain that I have already paid but I still receive letters telling me they are not able to contact me and my account will be transferred to a debt collection agency.

HCA amidst the Covid crisis simply refuse to see infants with fever even though they lack any other Covid symptoms. Very disappointed to see that upon referral by the GP the best we could get for our baby was an e-consultation (feverish from a virus? An infection? A UTI? Inflammation from long-term antibiotic? Who knows as they would not see her!). The doctor was admittedly nice, but she did what she was asked to do - switch the antibiotic to third line treatment. My message as a mother and scientist to HCA: IF YOU WON’T SEE SICK BABIES HOW CAN YOU DIAGNOSE THEM AND WHY ARE YOU EVEN PRESCRIBING MEDS IF YOU CAN’T DIAGNOSE THEM? Your corporate policies are an embarassment to the medical profession. Heaven forbid you miss a septic baby, or one with no apparent symptoms other than those which require a physical exam. And you are still charging through the roof. IMMORAL, WRONG and DANGEROUS. (We ended up in A&E....)

Just be warned DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR DR ORLANDO SWAYNE- he left a friend a vegetable by instructing an untrained doctor to do an op. This doctor was swearing throughout and has ruined her life. HE LEFT HER COLLAPSED AFTER AND NO HELP WAS GIVEN. PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR LIFE
