Initially greeted by Kerry front of house who called Aaron to do the valuation .He was very knowledgeable and explained each piece of gold /silver and gave me a very competitive price which I accepted .This was given to me in cash at same visit.After I purchased a beautifully travel jewellery box served by Kerry who wrapped it beautifully and was helpful, pleasant and polite.Highly recommend
