    I purchased an Origin window and a Schuco bifold door system. All those I dealt with from HBD were helpful and professional. There was quite a long lead time from ordering to installation (approximately 9 weeks). However, this seemed to be industry -wide and my expectations were managed well. The installation went well and I found the installers to be friendly and conscientious. It would have been a nice touch if the windows had been cleaned by the installers upon completion but this wasn't expected and is mentioned purely as feedback. After installation I noticed slight damage to the bifold door. HBD dealt with this promptly and efficiently. I am very happy with my dealings with HBD and would definitely recommend them (and have done so already).
