Sean was our conservatory design consultant, he helped us to overcome barriers in our development that had hindered us in progressing forward for many years and made our dreams become a reality. Hazlemere breached the terms of their own contract in an attempt to replace a £850 option window cill option with the cheapest MDF. Tried to claim it "was discussed" as a means to justify, when of course it wasn't. Failed to follow a clear process to sign-off such a change via a written and signed contract variation notice. Dealing with the MD exposed fundamental limitations when dealing with a family run company - lack of integrity, accountability and desire to escape from a badly mishandled situation to leave me with a half-baked product. The only creativity is in managing the on-line profile including removing factual TrustPilot reviews that don't work in their favour. Always expect a difficult situation when dealing with these types of commodity sell companies, but Hazlemere are the worst by a big distance. Response To Owner : Yes, please call me to explain why you didn't follow your own contract T&Cs to remove a £850 option that was listed on the original contract. Your MD wasn't willing to confirm that at the time. Also, a trustpilot review was posted w/o 3rd October confirming that you operate hard-sell techniques and were incompetent when handling general queries. That review quickly disappeared, which I believe you would have managed. Service: General door repair

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hazlemere Windows to anyone thinking of changing their windows. From the sales team to the installers, they were professional, friendly and workmanship was excellent. We’ve had a couple of snags since the work was completed but I can not fault the aftercare team, the service we’ve received has been absolutely amazing, no quibbling or dragging heals to resolve. Windows and doors are excellent quality. Service: Double pane window installation & replacement
