    Nice decor with courteous staff, let down by sub standard food. Had the lambs liver starter, little cubes of liver in spices. If you cut too small you run the risk of overcooking the delicate liver making them dry and rubbery, which sad to say was the case. The Hazel special which was supposed to be slow cooked lamb with creamy smoked aubergine, avoid thus! Rather than lamb being melt in the mouth full of flavour from the slow cooking process were like dry chewy bullets not worthy for any pet! And the creamy smoked aubergine felt rushed Aubergine was wet lacked seasoning and where was the smoky Turkish spices? Id say stick with the grilled meats but even that looked overcooked. I would hope they were having a bad day, but I won't be going there any time soon...

    Friendly hostess and staff but unfortunately the food was barely ok.Not your traditional Turkish experience - hummus lacked flavour, lamb meatballs were very dry as was the kofte which was overdone and lacked moisture. Havez special main was also a let down. 7 of us dined and were all very disappointed. Safe to say there are far better options and choices in Canary Wharf.     We had a booking for 4. Walked in and it took ages for someone to come over to us. Once seated I had to ask twice for someone to come and take our drinks order. Food was average & very over priced for what it was. They added a service charge of £17! I definitely wouldn’t have tipped this!! I assume now they know they are getting a tip they don’t have to work as hard. Would never go back.

    You can tell the 5 star reviews aren’t real. Really really bland food, everything tastes the same. Poor quality. Bread and chips- two very simple things tasted so stale. So expensive as well.
