You will always struggle to even get ring backs..let alone appointments. I got there before it even opened..joined the queue..by the time i got to desk, apparently everything had gone. .."come back tomorrow" should be on a sign at the entrance

Absolutely shocking & totally disgusted- how dare you treat vulnerable people reaching out this way. Whom ever is managing the reception staff & this practise needs to be accountable. 17 phone calls later& that was just today, been phoning since Monday - I did eventually speak to Dr having been diverted to 111 twice unnecessarily. Clearly a default tactic by receptionist staff to get us off the phone! Feel for them fronting a sinking ship. No wonder the nhs is in such a shocking state . No accountability or care exists! Bet you’re coining it in though with various campaigns you’ve signed up to that you’ll prioritise. Management take a good look at yourselves!

I am not one for pestering the Doctor but last Thursday I really needed help or advice as I was doubled up in pain in my Tum.Having experienced this pain for two or three days consecutively I telephoned at 08.15 and waited 40 mins before I got through. I was 29 th in queue I was given the brush off saying, no slots left, try tomorrow.I said, "I know I am in trouble I just need some advice and what happens if the same occurs the next dayThe most unfriendly receptionist said dial 111.I did and was greeted with empathy and courtesy something that the receptionist at the surgery lacked.111 made me a appointment at George Elliot hospital and to cut a story the next 4 days was spent as a inpatient with a severe infection in my gall bladder together with stones.I am on antibiotics now and have to go back for a operation. The moral of this story is that if you know you are really poorly don't bother ringing this surgery.Go straight to 111.At least even it doesn't result in a app with a Doctor, you can talk to someone who will listen to you and react appropriately.

The worst place to get told about your health it's like going to google and asking the internet to look at your symptoms. What's even worst, is that the Drs would tell their patients that the issue was a behaviour issue when it turned out to be more serious. Seriously the NHS needs to review this practice, they are a disgrace to the medical community and to the NHS and what it stands for. Going to be looking for a new practise as I would not want to put my kids health in jeopardy because of their lazyness to give proper care. Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would!

Tragic trying to book an appointment here. Last time I did manage to see someone the nurse said she couldn't help me and rebooked me back in to see another nurse.
