A year ago, the doctor referred me. To this dentist, they told me. We are not aware of their response time. Anyway, a year has passed. And I am very sad and most of my teeth are broken and the hole is caused by that broken tooth. Anyway, they called me after a year. And the turn for about 3 weeks later. When I asked them, what is the reason for all these delays? They gave the excuse of Corona. If the corona is over, the last vaccine was given about 2 years ago. In short, he could not answer. I asked to speak with the management. When I spoke with a lady named Maria Georgia. He was very angry and violent. You constantly ask if you want a turn or not. When I said, you don't understand my question. He hung up the phone three times. I called again and asked her to ask the reason for disconnecting the phone, she disconnected again. I called again and he said you spoke badly to my colleague and we will not give you a turn. He hung up the phone quickly. While I asked why I have to wait a year for a dentist. Well, such harsh and ugly behavior from the staff and even the management of Mrs. Maria makes the patients angry. Miss Maria was not polite. And he never answered me. And hung up the phone several times. I hope someone from the general management has an answer for Mrs. Maria's ugly behavior with me. He told me that we will not give you a turn. Because I told him I want to write a report on the website. No matter how busy they are. He is not allowed to hang up on me multiple times. That was not very polite of him. He is very rude . Those who work in dentistry must be patient. I have problems with asthma, allergies, sinusitis and migraines. I feel sorry for you, Miss Maria I hope karma returns to you.

I never write reviews but I’ve had a second referral route canal today at this practice. First time, the procedure was with a view to saving my tooth as a final resort and took about 2 hours due to the severity and the second time (today) was a re-route canal procedure of 21 years. I must say on both occasions, from receptionists to dental nurses and dentists, the service was 1000/10. I cannot recommend Hazelwood enough. I am a nervous wreck in the dentist’s chair but they made me feel relaxed and I even feel asleep during the surgery. They explained step by step before, during & after so I could be fully informed, even showed live pictures. Honestly my heart is so grateful thank you for looking after me 💖💖💖

After suffering painful mouth and gum issues for many years and not happy with a past dentist and their treatment I fortunately found Hazelwood and Dr Lakis Georghiou. Honestly the most kind, caring and informative dentist I have ever experienced. I had to have major dental work including removal of all teeth and fitting of new dentures. The procedures took place over many months and also included a referral to the Eastman dental hospital. For someone who was scared and unhappy with past dental procedures I can honestly say the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent. I am 100% satisfied with the end result and cannot recommend Dr Lakis and his team enough.

A great place, my experience was amazing. The dentist was very professional, helpful and skilled. I now have an implant that looks and feels like my natural teeth. The supporting staff both nurse and receptionist were very efficient and friendly. Love the new premises, bright, clean and ultra modern with all the latest equipment.
