Absolutely shocking and nasty experience. Please avoid these letting agents at all costs. Stay away please! I asked for repairs to be done when I moved in. I moved out two years later and the repairs were not done. They sent repair men that were basically clowns. I’ve never been so frustrated! It’s a shame really because the property was in a nice location. Just poorly managed. When I left. They tried to steal my deposit money by claiming the carpets were dirty. Despite me telling them when I moved in that the carpets were filthy. I was also being blamed for the mould meanwhile the flat had no heating. People. Stay away. These are the worst letting agents I’ve ever used in this country!

The staff is very incompetent. They take a long time to do any repairs on the house and charge you for damages that you didn’t do. they sent me pictures with damages of rooms I’ve never been in and never rented from them and changed me for those. It takes forever for them to respond to emails. They never show up on time. The staff display consistent rasist behaviour To be avoided!

Avoid at all costs! Don't advertise your property on Rightmove and ignore your emails. Complete lack of professionalism. Their response beggers belief as they chased me to sign a contract and then went completely silent when I queried why it wasn't in Rightmove and ignored repeated emails. They didn't want to pay to advertise on Rightmove ... Comment re a cleaner representing me is ridiculous 🤣. I was present to allow access when they took photos and video.
