I purchased a car from haze and hamlett’s last week and I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service from Daniel. The car was exactly as described on the website! On arrival there was no pressure, I was left alone to have a look around the car on my own first to see if it was the one for me. I then asked for assistance from Daniel to have a look inside the car and test drive it which he was very helpful to do so. Very happy with the service will defiantly be going back for my next car in a few years. Highly recommend!! Thank you

Dreadful!! There’s two brothers operating out of this lot - Dan and Mike. We’d been discussing a car with Mike and on the day we came to collect it, only Dan was there so he sorted out taking payment for the car and assured my daughter that the car tax and warranty had been sorted. Later that evening we were driving the car and it lost all power and huge plumes of black smoke. Tried to call the garage (of course no answer at before 5pm). So called AA with our membership and surprise surprise we had no car tax!! So actually illegal To drive and now the AA won’t help with fixing the car!! Back to the garage next day - nobody there Following day - Dan there but couldn’t have been more unhelpful - call his brother Mike was his only suggestion!! Although he’d happily taken our money only a couple of days before! Had no guilt or compulsion to help us at all. You could say this wasn’t his problem but his brothers. However HE happily took our money and then he assured us all was fine with the car and the warranty and the car tax. So shocking to let a 19 year old girl (or anyone actually) drive off with a uninsured and I assume I tested car!! Complete crook who really doesn’t care about customers!!

can't recommend Hazell and Hamlett's enough, Connor was 100% fair and reasonable from the first phone call to driving away was 100% honest about the car all the good points and bad, made a promise to help out if anything went wrong and he kept to his word which is all you can ever ask for when parting with your hand earned cash lovely selection of cars and I know where I'm going first when I need an upgrade in a couple years

Absolutely recommend H&H, they went out of their way and beyond expectations to make sure everything was perfect with my new larger family car. Great price, car drives like a dream. They were happy to part x my old car and guided me through all transfer paperwork making the whole experience swift and easy. Really down to earth people, no hard sell and were happy to answer all my questions (and believe me...being female there were a few!!) Many thanks guys!
