Lets have an 'up-to-date' rating here!. Although I'm a Registered General Nurse, I can only 'help myself' with certain Health issues. Recognizing a certain SEVERE issue with my state of health, I took myself up to Hazeldene. From the friendly Reception Staff, recognizing my 'life-threatening' Acute Condition, I was quickly seen by Dr. S.Koshti. Appropriate Medication immediately prescribed, and since that Emergency, I have eventually 'stabilized'. Many thanks to the Practice Nurses also, who monitored certain 'Graphs/Readings, that I Performed at home, were sent in to them, irrespective of my extensive knowledge, it was good (and interesting), to attend appointments with them. Worse doctors I have ever had was put in temporary accommodation by the council and because I wasn’t in the area they taken me off their records and now I don’t have a doctors thanks a lot hazeldene medical centre classed as homeless and would have changed doctors once I got a more permanent address.

You can get an appointment. You do have to ring first time but they have a queuing telephone system which many other don’t have. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Face to face appointments available

Absolutely shocking service from this Surgery, they are constantly getting my Husbands Appointments wrong and also medication, Doctors arent interested until you logged a complaint. If I could of rated it no stars then I would of.

Just a little advice, need a number to press so you dont need to listen to all the listings should press what number you need straight away also a separate number to press to cancel appointments I have currently been waiting half an hour to cancel an appointment no wonder no one bothers to cancel and there's so many missed appointments people haven't got that time to waste
