A lovely simple and unspoilt campsite. You'll find a few hard standing pitches for campervans, along with some grass pitches for tents. There are basic clean facilities and hot showers. The site looks out towards the west over rough ground towards the Roaches, and is ideally placed if you plan to walk the 9 mile route that follows the dramatic gritstone edge of the Roaches returning via Lud's Church. The owner was very friendly, and following her advice I watched barn owls and curlews flying around the site at dusk.
