Not a good experience. We were told that they would be bringing the cat that we wanted to adopt yesterday. The kids knew his name and had seen pictures of him that Haywill had sent us. We waited in all day, kids bouncing off the walls with excitement, but nobody came, or phoned, and still nobody has bothered to contact us, and we tried multiple times to call them, only to have the calls chopped. Now we have to try and explain to our extremely upset young children why (at least for now) we are not getting a cat.
