I don't usually write reviews, but I really feel that this company deserve one. I was met by the two owners of the company who were both knowledgable and sympathetic to mine and my horses needs. It seems like they would bend over backwards to help out and it is so nice to find great customer service these days. I contacted other hay steamer companies, but they all seemed uninterested as I probably asked too many questions! Smashing product and great attitude.
