They got the wrong details on our initial booking and had to correct it, then they said they had booked the dining on our cruise and they hadn't, they also failed to book our CRUISE PARKING! We found this out on the Monday as we were leaving on the following Saturday.....our son kindly stepped in and drove us there and then collected us when we got back....a total of 600miles!!! NEVER AGAIN. We may as well have booked it all ourselves!
