Not a great experience with Hays Travel. They said they could help me with what i was looking to book up but never even got back to me with a quote. I chased them up multiple times and allthough the staff were polite they were not helpful atall and nobody ever got back to me which was very dissapointing. I went to two different branches but had the same terrible customer service so in the end i took my buisness else where. I would not reccomend hays travel!

We've been using Hays Travel in Oldbury since it opened and frankly we wouldn't go anywhere else,the staff are wonderful,nothing is ever too much for them,over the last few years we've had to change or cancel our holidays due to my wife's health, Assistant manager Victoria always helps us out with a minimum of fuss,there are other members of staff which include Helen,Marie and Chantelle who are always there if needed,5 stars all round.
