Went to hays travel looking for flights for family in summer. They gave me a quote which I think is expensive but the staff said if I find a cheaper option, they'll match or give cheaper price. I indeed found cheaper flights and when I phoned back hays travel they said they can't match it. Not up to their slogan. Won't enquire or come back again. Not recommended 😕.
