From the first comment off the travel advisir of you wont find swim up rooms in greece i knew that i wasnt going to get any help with finding a holiday. it went down hill from there really, the advisor had very little knowledge on anything i was requesting. I had already done a fair amount of searching myself so i knew what was and what was not possible so to be told you can only get swim up rooms on the luxe collection was again wrong. absolutley useless and i am very disapointed with hays that they would have someone that knows nothing about what they are selling
