Much improved in recent years. No longer is it necessary to get the best bargains off Teletext or the Internet. Just pop into Thomas Cook and let them do all the work. I've found their prices match up to some of the best bargains I've found elsewhere. It is good to meet them face to face, but they are happy to deal with you over the phone too. Not used their Foreign Exchange, so can't comment on that.
