Lack of communication and support consultants are so judgmental and plus the phone lines are never available to reach the office or the consultants. How is this company even running for candidates. If they can't reach the consultants office number and seeing from advertisement you think Hays is the number 1 in recuirment but it all seems disappointing from my experience? 😒

Agree with most of the reviews on here. Very unprofessionally run. One of my biggest frustrations is the fact that nobody answers the phone including earlier today. How is an agency even run like that?! Not to mention what a nightmare it is if you're having issues connected to your booking but you can never get through to people, including your designated consultant, to provide you support. And the reason I needed to phone Hays today was because I wanted to make a formal complaint against the consultant I was assigned to until recently, Allesha, who despite being a consultant specialising in the public sector, discriminates against people who have difficulty walking because "they're more difficult to place!" You couldn't make it up!!
