Seriously- seeing so many complaints here - sad but pleased it’s not just us! Haynes have too many public service vehicle contracts to care about the smaller customers, we are not important! They never do the vans on time - can only speak to someone who hasn’t a clue about progress or repairs and vehicles come back more time than not with more work needing to be done and Haynes blame you or the vehicle - they take no responsibility for their work! Haynes have really gone down hill - 6 years ago when last service manager was there they were excellent couldn’t fault them! Sadly not anymore!

We took one of our commercial vans in for a few minor things to be looked at. We dropped it off as requested 1st thing on a Tuesday 24th. Despite our calls it was not even looked at until Thursday 26th. We have had no communication or updates at all despite promises to do so. Not what we'd expect from a main dealer !

Took my 72 plate Ranger in for issues relating to the top that had been factory fitted by Ford (in South Africa of all places) only to be told by Haynes that because THEY didn’t fit it they would not be doing any warranty work on it. Also told I would have the report within next two hours but had to constantly chase to get it only to never receive it. They stated too busy but all I could see was people putting up Xmas decorations. Used to use Haynes many years ago but how things have changed. Never again

Going on from previous review as explanation a tad ridiculous that storms yesterday stopped the advert from showing VAT since I saw the advert over the weekend prior to the storm where it was listed cash price. All other adverts said plus vat while the one I looked at didn't have it just like the non commercial vehicles on the site (which this appears not to be used for commercial purposes so perfectly reasonable to believe vehicle was as advertised). Explanation is a joke and this dealership is too. Didn't turn out fine, just pointing out that can purchase the same vehicle for exactly the same price this vehicle is now since it's suddenly got a lot more expensive after we wasted our day and lost half a day's pay to come see.
