Excellent service. Looked after us completely. We had no idea what we were doing as this was the first time we’d had had to organise a funeral before - we had no issues at all and they offered so much help and advice. We’ve even just received flowers from them. We will use Haynans again absolutely.

In a nutshell Haynan are ethically sound, personable people who WON'T rip you off. I started by googling local Funeral Directors, and sent an email to a handful of those who had received decent feedback explaining what I was looking for – in my case a direct cremation for my elderly mother some time in the future. Haynan was one of only two who responded. I suspect I would have had more replies and quite quickly had I announced Mum had just died as maybe less ethical ‘production line’ companies tried to bag the business and a likely quick return. Here started email communication between myself and Tim Hayward of Haynan. His communication was informative, speedy, friendly, polite and honest. He was really helpful answering my many questions, and all without any guarantee I would be offering him any business and without any pushy selling. I met both Tim and David in person when Mum eventually passed and they came to collect her. I was being told by the care home that Mum’s body wasn’t allowed to leave the County (Haynan were out of County). David liaised with the care home staff, then came to see me and immediately reassured me it had all been sorted and they were able to take her. Both David and Tim took the time to talk with me before they transported Mum and were very friendly, and respectful, as Tim has been when I’ve spoken to him on the phone since and as David was when he delivered my Mum’s ashes. And the cost was very reasonable. Thank you for a smooth, thorough and friendly service at a very reasonable cost. And I wrote the above BEFORE I received your flowers and chocolates Haynan. Thank you so much, you've only gone up in my estimation.

What can I say and where do I start as these amazing people went out of their was and beyond to help us arrange my brothers funeral and did my brother and my family so so proud , nothing was too much and I would highly recommend then to everyone . We can highly recommend Haynan Funeral services for their utmost care and compassion from the moment we contacted them. They showed exceptional care, not only for our loved one but also for us as relatives. David, Tim and Paul did everything in their power to accommodate our needs and were so understanding and patient, they guided us through every stage supportively. We were very thankful for their choice of celebrant (Emma Pannel) who was the perfect match for our family and delivered a very personal service. The whole team at Haynan's made a truly difficult time that much easier to bear and we were blown away at how they went above and beyond, even from their willingness to travel to us initially, to their kindness after the funeral itself. We are still very humbled by their care and will forever be thankful to them.
