I would start by saying I have travelled all over the country and got to say haymills bed & breakfast for value it's amazing comfortable clean rooms with WiFi private car park with cctv five minutes away from shops the owner Jamie is a very friendly man always happy to make your stay its best while you stay breakfast there is a good menu all very well cooked guaranteed you would stay again just to sit and relax perfect

Rooms: Good value, very clean. Lovely large communal lounge Use of Dining room for food if needed. Nearby activities: 10 mins drive to NEC/M42. Ye Olde Saracen pub 5 min drive Safety: Large driveway with cctv Key safe for entrance if owner not there Own key for room Food & drinks: Drink machine available 24/7. Fridge for own things but label for private use. Microwave Small sainsburys 5 mins drive Noteworthy details: Great value and lovely host Look for brick wall and 30 metres past garden centre (the second house)

Very good value for money, very convenient for the NEC, hearty cooked breakfast, very welcoming host, and the coffee machine in the kitchen was a big plus for us. We wondered if we'd be able to hear the nearby train line but we needn't have worried, lovely and quiet. Nice gardens too with an area to sit out in the Summer. Definitely our number 1 place t stay for NEC events from here on in.
