Not impressed. Mistakenly thought I would receive 'plant out, garden ready plants' for £15 for 6 'young plants'. Instead received x6 plugs, in poor condition, which need greenhouse conditions to survive. I don't have a greenhouse. Misleading product description. Vastly overpriced with extortionate delivery prices. More fool me. I won't bother again with Hayloft!

Unfortunately it was a bad experience after ordering 6 plants online. One arrived as a small, dead piece of wood. Nothing happened after a few weeks of water and sunlight. The others didn't arrive. They weren't too keen to help and it was only a laborious message thread with Wowcher that led to a refund.

Excellent customer service (special shout out to Catherine who was so helpful to me with what to order for a gift for Mother's Day, as a non-gardener myself😖). Ordered double helibores over the telephone and collected them from their premises directly. The plants were all in flower and very sturdy - my mum will be thrilled with them. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hayloft and will definitely order plants from here again. Many thanks guys🥇
