Lovely break from home in comfortable, well appointed accommodation. I can't wait to return I loved it so much Nearby activities: On site swimming pool. Club house that was very welcoming and friendly. And the entertainment was very good

3 bed caravan, (Amberley). Nice and clean on arrival, good clubhouse with bar and entertainment, seafront 20 minute walk ,5 minutes by car, beachlands amusements and funfair, a mile long seafront railway, and nearest pub from caravan park is the barley mow with good meals and buffet breakfasts every morning, The Hayling billy trail , which was an old railway line is a scenic walkway, and is around 4 miles on the Hayling side,and another mile on the Havant side, of course Portsmouth and Southsea , full of history and plenty of places to visit.

Previously rated this 5/5 when owned & operated by Parkdean. What a shame it's been sold to RoyaleResorts, who clearly have no interest in maintaining the same service offered by their predecessor. I'm not sure if the staff changed or not, but reception are no longer helpful. The first person we spoke to was dsinterested in assisting with a simple request, and dismissive of our knowledge of site. Secojd person we spoke to promised to sort the issue, but never followed through on this. Phone calls made without anyone to answer them, and no response to answer messages left. All-in-all, this ruined our stay for something that would've been so simple to fix. And most certainly would've been under Parkdean's stewardship. I can only hope that things improve, but we won't be back to find out.

First time staying here. Small but friendly park. Caravan clean. Kids enjoyed it. Not huge amounts to do but what there is, is good. Overall, I would definitely return. Restrooms: Could have been cleaner in entertainment area
