I spoke to Molly to book my father an important blood test last minute,she dealt with my call quickly and efficiently, then informed me to call on another option to book sodium test. This was dealt with by Jazz who was as competant as Molly. Within minutes a text from Dr Goodheart. Overall a lovely experience, and helped my family dealing with something with minimal stress. Some of the receptionist need to be retired , they are the old school NHS workers , so very rude , try to make you feel as if the service is for free , play the abuse card , if they cannot do the job working with the sick , then leave , there are a couple of very good ones , Lorna being one of them
