We approached Hayley Windows to replace the old misted, drafty UPVC windows that we had lived with since moving into our house several years ago. They were happy to provide several quotes with no pressure until we were happy with what we needed to get done, as we considered replacing the windows installed when we had an extension built several years ago. I work night shifts and they recommended the laminated glass on our bedroom window for noise reduction. The difference in noise levels and room temperature was apparent immediately. The installation team of Joe and Ray were professional, tidy and did excellent work. At all times all the members of the team who we dealt with were friendly and courteous. Should we decide on extra work in the future we will not hesitate to use them.

I had all my windows and doors replaced in September 2018 and have been entirely satisfied. Through no fault of Hayley Windows, I have been having issues with my Front Door which was made by Solidor. Each time someone has been out to try and fix the problem. After further problem's with the door, Hayley Windows agreed to replace the door under the guarantee and today Bret and Jo came to replace it. They did a fantastic job, and Bret also strengthened the frame by putting longer screws into the brickwork. The whole thing is a lot more solid. I was very impressed with Bret who made sure that the job was done to a high standard. They were very courteous and cleaned up their mess before they left. First class job. Thanks Guys.

Laura has been so helpful with regards to choosing and ordering both windows and doors, and then Tanya and Kelly really lovely and efficient from an office contact point of view. The fitting team then (Bret, Joe and Joe) went over and above to get the project completed on time and thoroughly, despite having to negotiate a very prickly bush in the process!
