Absolutely awful customer service by Hayley, never showed up for an event due to illness and told us the morning of which is completely understandable. But months later and still chasing a refund of deposit, met with loads of excuses and ignored calls. Absolutely shocked that someone wouldn’t have the respect to return a deposit after flaking on us for our family wedding, has done this once previously but gave her another chance and now shocked by her lack of morals to return the deposit.
