Her patience and professionalism were outstanding and we are delighted with our new suite and coordinated cushions which perfectly match the curtains, which were our starting point Excellent customer service from Mark who actually came to our house with a replica sized sofa to check that it would fit before we made our final choice The suite was delivered within the predicted timeframe and on the delivery day at the time promised to us. Visited as an impulse to get out of a sudden downpour. Not actively looking to buy anything, but in need of a new sofa generally. But saw something interesting we liked & after a chat with the lovely chap we're now waiting on delivery of a new snuggle-chair. But, the shop is fascinating in itself & worth a visit just for the location.
