I have removed the truthful review as to be honest other 1+2 star reviews say pretty much the same. I have a key now. Professionally cut by a local company who were open. I won’t post their details publicly, and hope the anybody choosing to use Hayes Trophy in future has a better experience than I. But would suggest checking they are open before setting off. I hope this is satisfactory.

Always helpful and friendly. Did a really good repair of some favourite shoes of mine that seemed beyond saving. The repair was so good I was able to continue wearing them instead of having to throw them away. Very reasonable charges too including for this job, and key cutting.
