It's a pity that I am only able to award 5 stars to this company, they deserve more. I went to their premises yesterday with my daughter and we both discussed our requirements with Josh who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. All members of staff were really friendly even if they weren't serving us. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter purchased a mower there and then and I ordered one which Josh had to order online. Overnight I had given it some thought and changed my mind about which mower was right for me. The next morning I contacted Josh and he, without any quibble, changed my order. He even arranged to deliver the mower to my home address himself. What more can you possibly ask? This type of service is VERY rare nowadays and I cannot recommend Hayes Machinery too highly.
