Nice looking place with massive choice. Plants comparing to Grasmere Garden Centre more expensive however choice is far greater here. Large car park, usually its not too busy. Definitely worth visiting.

Always enjoy our visits to Hayes Garden World, the plants are always in good condition. I have knocked it down a star as it has been better than it is now, used to love the fact that they had fish and tortoises etc. Can understand perhaps not a huge market for reptiles so why they stopped selling them but there are not really good aquarium stores I know of in the area. If they had really pushed that section I think they'd have a market far and wide. If they had added a really good selection of wood, rocks and aquatic plants I think the fish section could be really successful. Now it's a million dog toys and a huge range of shoes 😔 If I want shoes I'd go to a shoe shop, to me fish fit a garden centre much more than shoes. But overall a good visit

Phenomenal service - would give them 10 stars if I could! I bought a 3.5m Palermo parasol in 2022 which arrived in good time. It was late in the year for outdoor living in Scotland but when we put it up, we could not get the tilting mechanism to work. Several calls & video clips of me struggling, Richard Clark (?) agreed to send a replacement. Weather was lousy so when it arrived I did not put it up - till this week. Unfortunately in my haste to return the original one last year - I must have returned the handle required to open and rotate the parasol. I called and got Richard again on the Monday - who immediately said he’d check to see if there was one in he warehouse. It arrived today (Wednesday) - now that’s what I call service. Thank you so much - it’s perfect for this heatwave!!!.
