I was looking to upgrade my piano to a more advanced piano. My piano teacher had had a good experience here before and recommended I try out the Kawai range of pianos stocked here. Particularly the Kawai CA49. I was assisted by Alistair the business owner who allowed me to try out the CA49 for a couple of hours before I decided to purchase it. Not only did Alistair deliver my new piano just 2 days later but as I have no room for 2 pianos in my house he also let me store my old digital piano in his shop whilst I found a buyer on eBay. I had a great experience at Haydock Music. Great personal service and going the extra mile too. I definitely recommend Haydock Music for anyone, beginner to advanced looking at buying a new instrument!

I came across Haydock Music whilst looking for a Kawai dealer in Scotland. Alistair matched the price of one of the larger retailers and was happy for me to reserve the piano with a small deposit. Alistair and Mary-Lou were extremely helpful during the entire purchase product, sending me regular updates about when I can expect the piano to be delivered to me. Fantastic service!
