Did a bit of warranty work on my GT 650 with no issues whatsoever. Warm welcome and a cup of tea while I waited. Excellent service so have booked my 1st mot with them in July. And just to add, they kept the ordered part from RE on the shelf for me for a good 3 or 4 months while I avoided a trip in the rain and changed appointments due work. Not one rolled eye or grumble. These are my go to garage now even with the trip from Chippenham.

For a company in existence since 1925 you would have thought that when buying a battery and asking for it to be charged it would include the necessary acid. Despite assurance it was “ charged and ready to go “ it was not. This entailed an 80 mile journey to return the item and it would be necessary to leave it another day for it to be charged ! That would have been a 100 mile trip in all. A refund was given and “ human error “ offered in explanation. Remember, bring a multi meter next time you order a battery

The whole team at Hayball's are friendly efficient and will always do what they can to help. My son had an issue with his bike a week out of from a bike trip and although they were fully booked, they still managed to help us out and make the trip possible, Gary, Denise, Tony and the team are all great and I would recommend their business for service, MOT and sales. After a 1.5 hour drive to visit Hayball Motorcycles today, we were pleasantly surprised at a well stocked store. Nicely laid out and a good amount of choice. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We even had a top class cup of coffee made for us. Thanks all, see you again soon.

Booked my royal enfield 650 interceptor in for an electrical falt with the fuse box, it was a cable that had come lose for the fuel injection fuse which was popped back in , it was checked and tested all good . And it was done free of charge, very friendly and knowledgeable staff can't thank them enough for such good service

How disappointing. I arrived this morning at 9am prompt, ready to buy a brand new Interceptor, having spent a lot of time previously making sure of what I wanted and ready to make a deal. 20 minutes of wandering around, standing by the bike, browsing the iPad for accessories and I was not acknowledged by any member of staff, so I came home. Not impressed.
