    Absolutely disgraceful service, after 10pm they wouldn’t let’s gone in despite there being i offices rule that after a certain time you weren’t able to enter, even vip lines were incredibly long and to gains access we witnessed security guards being bribed. We were left eyeing for several hours with no update or communication. Absolutely awful customer service and ultimately glad I didn’t spend money at this establishment as clearly they are underserving.

    The atmosphere of the establishment was overall quite pleasing, but unfortunately, the entry fee of £20 made me feel unwelcome at first. Although, the food left much to be desired- it arrived cold and took a long time, and it seemed like the staff prioritized higher-paying customers. In addition to this, the crowded environment led to a mishap with the shisha that resulted in a burn. Most alarmingly, I witnessed a male security guard physically assaulting a female customer, which is absolutely unacceptable. Upon further investigation, it became clear that this is not an isolated incident, as the security staff seems to be abusing their power frequently. Despite informing the management about my concerns, there was no satisfactory response, which was disappointing. It is with a heavy heart that I must advise against visiting this establishment, and I have taken further action by filing a complaint with Greenwich Council.

    Avoid this place, the security have no manners what so ever they way I heard them speaking to people was disgusting, the place was half empty but they wouldn’t let certain people in, took us forever to get in with a table and deposit paid, they act as if they are a bougie establishment, security and owners need to learn some people skills, but the waiting staff are all very nice!
