What amenities are included in the rental cost?

Our rental cost includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, and toiletries. We also provide free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Our guests have access to a shared pool and fitness center.

What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am. We ask that guests notify us of their expected arrival time so that we can ensure a smooth check-in process. Our check-in process involves meeting with a member of our team to receive the keys and a brief tour of the apartment.

What is the cancellation policy and fees?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. For cancellations made within 29 days of the check-in date, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

We charge a cleaning fee of $100 for each stay. Additionally, we require a refundable security deposit of $200 which is returned to the guest at the end of their stay provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. Guests may also be subject to additional fees for excessive use of utilities or amenities.
