I have recently visited this establishment and I can say that I was intrigued by the antiques on display, I was welcomed ,with an ongoing dispute over what appeared to be a young lady having to delve into her pocket money ,for what appears to of been accident? Though all was calm I must add the gentleman that was dealing with the matter,delt with it in a unprofessional manner. Appearing to be unfriendly and tightly wound, i ask was this necessary towards an adolescent? . being a social service worker this alarmed me. as clearly the young lady in question was distressed and embarrassed, I presume was her family with her trying to help pay for the damage and keep her calm the place is cramped and I personally feel that this is not the first or last time an accident will happen, I hope the young lady hasn't been put off from visiting other antiques shops as I find most are very inviting and inclusive .
