Sent the wrong items, no prepaid return, so I had to pay for the return myself and was told they would give me the cost of postage back which they never did then ignored my email. Might be worth visiting the store but avoid ordering online

Great website, good Japanese brands that I love for Fantastic price....Have seen similar coats on some competitors website for alot more, so will definitely come back. Parcel shipped via FedEx too rather than some of cheaper and less reliable couriers so another reason to shop with them again. Parcel once unpackaged thoughtfully wrapped....Faultless!!!!

Amazing customer relations !! I ordered a couple of items from 5th store but unfortunately did not receive package even though courier company said they had delivered it and that I had signed for it. Tried to contact courier company to no avail as their site was completely useless. I then phoned the store and was dealt with by Georgina who was absolutely fab in dealing with my issue and due to her chasing lost order she eventually found that it was delivered to address in Cambridge I live in Hertfordshire!! Thanks to Georgina’s persistence I have finally got my parcel today I am not sure if Georgina works in customer relations but best service from her bar none Also package was beautifully wrapped up and all in all a lovely experience A message to the owner Georgina deserves a pay rise😊
