If I could give ZERO STARS I would Practice manager Harjit Gill surely can not care about the service or lack thereof currently being ‘provided’ at this surgery. Random hours not to suit the needs of the community Incredibly difficult to get through to book an appointment If you do get an appointment be prepared to wait over an hour in the waiting room

Rubbish service. First it's hard to get appointment. If u ever get the appointment, Dr is always in a rush and you have a long wait if you turn on time. Surgery can't accommodate if you are working that how the surgery do their duty of care. If you are working, the only option left is walk in centre. I asked for on call appointment because surgery can't accommodate me in the evening but got refused.

Trying to speak to a human, having listened to the automated service on repeat for approx 30mins. Level of response is unacceptable. Unfortunately having been with this practise in excess of 10+ years their has been no improvement. If anything a significant decline in all aspects. I would not recommend this facility.

Worst GP ever!!! especially Sonia she is completely waste of time. Don’t believe me then try her out. Always in a rush! You can never get an appointment after even on the phone for 30 mins. You wake up at 8am hoping to get one then all booked. Then call again 2.30pm and same old story all booked. The girls are not helpful apart from the 1 who’s the only one that speaks nicely. They moved the desk to the rear so they can be on their phones watching Tik Tok,. Don’t even talk about the owner Tillu, not sure where she was born or what her parents teached her as she has no love for the community. My child is really unwell and almost impossible to see someone. Jennifer from Uganda seems ok but then Google is her best friend. What a waste for this lovely community.

Worst gp ever, i still can't believe how that 1 doctor SONIA treats her patient's, she wasn't listening to me at all, my son has been very poorly and has been told from the hospital he needs a referral letter from the gp so they can start he's treatment, when i asked for the letter this so called doctor SONIA refused for absolutely no reason, she was so rude, I'm changing my gp ASAP This place should be shut down
