I cannot praise or thank Hawthorns highly enough for what they do for my mother. Ever since my father died 19 years ago, Hawthorns not only sourced the perfect car for her, but has serviced and maintained it annually for her ever since. Of late coming to collect it and deliver it back as her mobility has wained these last few years. Even to now, resolving the niggling starting issue she had with the car and not asking any payment for their time! If service carried medals of honour, Jonathan, Jane, Oli and the team would have Gold hands down. Every once in a while you stumble upon a business that really impresses you for the service they offer. Jonathan and the team at Hawthorns are outstanding. Firstly, it is obvious we are talking about proper and professional mechanics who are car enthusiasts themselves. Last week I was faced with a predicament as my Porsche 996 was showing low brake fluid with the PSM light on. Most garages would have taken a week or more to look at it. When I called Hawthorns Jonathan didn't want me to wait as it was an obvious safety issue. Later that afternoon the car was in and up on the ramp confirming a brake fluid leak. He got me a courtesy car and kept the car over the weekend to have it fixed when I returned from a business trip the following week. Just outstanding service from the guys at Hawthorns. That is why they do all the ongoing maintenance on my car. Thanks again guys!
