There was a lady with glasses she was old and she was in reception she was very rude, rude and rude and rude . She is not respecting anyone she absolutely disgusted me with the way she acted towards me. Some people like me doesn’t speak English fluently and instead of helping she was self - centred, insulting and and so disrespectful. She should not have a job if she is going to act like that to people. She humiliated me in front of everyone.

Absolutely discusted with the service in this practice,the receptionist was so rude, Only rang up to see what the procedure was to seeing a doctor .. how rude this lady was .. zero customer service. Not even worth the 1 Star... This lady I spoke to is ... Rude ... Sort your service out. Will definitely not be coming to this practice,rather wait 49 hours in a n e than having spoken to by some rude receptionist.

My review will second the ones regarding rudeness of the receptionist. Chocking behaviour, really need to learn some manners. I understand NHS is understaffed and the staff is struggling but there is no excuse for lack of respect towards patients.
