I have been attending this centre for about two months now doing a selection of classes and times at the gym. All the staff are wonderful and supportive and will adjust exercises in classes dependent on your personal circumstances. The staff members I have found particularly awesome are Vicky, Gareth and the lady who does the core strength on Monday (so sorry I can't remember your name!)
