To say going to the dentist is a good experience for me would be a lie. But I had a extra tooth that was causing me issues and needed extraction. I have broken my jaw and have metal plates and this procedure had been turned down by my previous dentist. So I guess wasn’t a simple extraction. Dr Min and her nurse Laura worked together seamlessly and made me feel extremely comfortable even though I was clearly nervous, strongly recommend anyone looking for a dentist put your trust in the hawthorns team.

Referred by a colleague. Absolutely brilliant dentist. Extremely friendly from the receptionist, hygienist, dental nurse to the dentists. I’ve had the hygienist who actually cleans your teeth. The dentist Natasha was superb and transformed my front 4 teeth. Now booked in for the commencement of extraction and implant. I was too scared to get my teeth sorted before but have every confidence in them and they are so conscious of your fears. Thank you

My mum recently had to have new dentures made. The dentist took impressions of mums teeth. When mum went for her first fitting she mentioned that the new teeth were larger than what she previously had. The dentist made a new set for mum as she was dissatisfied with the initial dentures at no extra charge. Yesterday mum picked up her new dentures and she is so happy. She looks like her again. Thank you Hawthorn for taking such good care of my mum and giving her back her smile. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice. They delivered on both product and after care service which is so lacking in 2023. Gold star from us.

I can't speak highly enough of this practice. I visited yesterday with my Mum (who was the patient and very nervous). The lovely lady behind the desk helped me get Mum in and out with her wheelchair and was reassuring and helpful. The Dental Surgeon made Mum feel at ease and she was in and out in no time at all. Finally the dental nurse was so patient, taking time to go through everything with us afterwards and not rushing away. If I could give 6 stars I would and thank everyone for their time yesterday!
