I found Dr Adil to be very helpful. Only had to wait a couple of days for an appointment. Did not have to wait long to be seen. Left happy, as I can to travel 1hr to get to clinic as local clinic waiting times had no end.

There is a very rude black woman in reception at this clinic. She wears a yellow badge mark Honey. Her name badge was turned in so I could not see her name. I visit this place on 27.04. 23 at around 9:40am. I went to the counter to ask a simple question and the way this woman shouted at me for no reason I was speechless She seems to have a trip on her shoulders. People like her should not be dealing with service users. She needs to go on training. I work in public sector so I am well aware how staff should conduct themselves when dealing with the general public. This woman is a disgrace and should be repromanded

It was quite a while ago but I had a really nice nurse called Georgia? It was the young lady with the Australian accent (I think). She was sooo lovely and had a very comforting yet informative aura about her and it felt as though I was chatting to friend. Was a really pleasant process which put me at easy so please tell her I said thanks!

I had an appointment at the sexual health clinic about contraception and the doctor (Dr Anil) and the trainee nurse Grace, were both fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, and offered advice that was personalised to me. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to get sexual health advice in lewisham.

After unsuccessfully trying to make appointments to renew my contraception at various central London clinics for months, I managed to get an appointment here for the next day by booking online in a few minutes. They’re open until late which is great if you’re working full time. I was seen by Dr. S. Adid who was lovely and very helpful. She answered all my questions and put me at ease immediately. The process was great from start to finish- totally painless and really fast. Would highly recommend.

I don't know the name of the nurse that saw me but she was fantastic (blond British lady) ! Had my implant taken out here, have had it taken out twice before elsewhere and had horrible experiences - in one case I had a doctor removing it and after an hour she couldn't get it out so I had to leave with it still inside and come back when the wound had healed. Each time I have also had a huge bruise. I was expecting the same this time but the nurse was done in less than 5 minutes and no bruise! Wish I'd had my others fitted and removed by her. Thank you!
