    I've been using this practice since they took over from Mr Tutt and Mr Evans and I'm thrilled I did! Over all these years, Mr Donnell and Mr Best have cared for 6 of my animals through general annual check ups to many different injuries and ailments, all with gentle and informative responses. They know that I will ask questions & they're happy to answer, even on the phone out of hours if necessary. A drug is not administered unless its needed & again it will be described in detail for me, regarding what the ingredients are, what they are expected to treat and possible side effects. . Its always clean, well organised, the dogs are happy to go in, which I think is probably the best testament! It isn't easy to find a vet who is both very knowledgeable and good with owners too but Mr Donnell definitely is one of them. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this practice and have indeed done so, many times.
