What amazing service!! My laptop power pack failed so I was running on battery. A colleague of mine had a spare and dashed into the office to get it. In the meanwhile I booked the collection just before midday and it was collected in Birmingham about 0.5 hour later, and I had it in my hands by 2pm .. just in time to keep online for work.
